Poster Session

Presentation Hours :

August 5 / August 6, 18:30-20:00

from 18:30 to 19:15 for presenters given an odd number
from 19:15 to 20:00 for presenters given an even number

Oral Presentations

• A liquid crystal projector with an HDMI connection will be provided.
• All presenters are requested to use their own laptop computers for the presentation.
• Please ensure that your laptop has an HDMI output or bring an appropriate adapter.
• Please complete the connection check before the start of your session.

Poster Presentations

• Poster size: A0 (portrait orientation).
• Posters should be mounted using push pins (provided at the venue).
• Please set up your poster before the designated session time and remove it promptly after the session.
• Presenters are requested to be present at their posters during the assigned presentation time.
