The registration fee includes :
Admission to the scientific program, conference materials, welcome reception, coffee breaks.
The registration fee also includes participation in
  • the Joint Poster Symposium with the Photochemistry Association’s 50th Anniversary Ceremony on the afternoon of September 7.
  • the Joint Symposium to be held at Kobe University on September 8.
Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to APC2026 secretariat to avoid any trouble.

[Registration cancellation policy]

  • On or Before June 26, 2026: 100% of the registration fee will be refund after deducting a handling fee.
  • On or After June 27, 2026: the registration fee will not be refunded (No refund).

The APC2026 Banquet

The APC2026 banquet fee : 15000 JPY

The APC2026 banquet will be held on the evening of September 7 in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the APC and the 50th anniversary of the JPA.
