Call for Papers
- Deadline for submission of oral abstracts has been extended to May 29, 2026.
- Please submit a 2-page (A4 size) abstract following the template. MS-word template
- Abstract must be submitted as a PDF file. Embed ALL fonts in the PDF file. The size of each pdf file must not exceed 5 Mbytes.
- During submission, the authors must choose the type of contribution between oral / poster / Either.
- You must also select the topic number relevant to the contribution.
Poster Prize
APC2026 will offer "Impressive Poster Award" and "Outstanding Poster Award" to outstanding poster presentations by young researchers including students (applicants aged ≤ 35) to encourage their academic activities. Please check the box in the submission system if you wish to apply for this award.
Copyright Transfer Agreement
Your abstract will be provided to the participants as a book of abstracts at the start of the conference. The copyrights to these abstracts need to be transferred to Organizing Committee of APC2026.
