Call for Papers
The abstract submission period has ended. - Please submit a 2-page (A4 size) abstract following the template. MS-word template
- Abstract must be submitted as a PDF file. Embed ALL fonts in the PDF file. The size of each pdf file must not exceed 5 Mbytes.
- During submission, the authors must choose the type of contribution between oral / poster / Either.
- You must also select the topic number relevant to the contribution.
Poster Prize
APC2026 will offer "Impressive Poster Prize" and "Outstanding Poster Prize" to outstanding poster presentations by young researchers including students (applicants aged ≤ 35) to encourage their academic activities. Please check the box in the submission system if you wish to apply for this prize.
The prize recipients are scheduled to be announced late on September 6 on the APC2026 website, and on September 7 at the Registration Desk and in Room A at the end of the morning sessions.
Ten or more award winners will be invited to the APC 2026 Banquet on the evening of September 7. Certificates will be presented during the dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Prize recipients are kindly requested to visit the Registration Desk on September 7 for further information about the banquet.
Copyright Transfer Agreement
Your abstract will be provided to the participants as a book of abstracts at the start of the conference. The copyrights to these abstracts need to be transferred to Organizing Committee of APC2026.
